Do you have an order number?
Bring it. It is in the confirmation email, and with it we can find the order straight away — what was printed, where it is, and what went wrong if anything did.
Damaged or wrong
Attach a photo of the item, and one of the packaging if you can. That is what the printer needs to see what happened, and it means we can reprint without having to come back to you for more.
You should not send anything back.
Cancelling
Write as soon as you can. We stop the order if printing has not started, and refund the full amount. If your copy has already been printed we cannot catch it — everything is made to order, and there is no shelf to put it back on.
Privacy
Questions about your photo, your artwork or your order details go to the same address. What we keep, and for how long, is in the privacy policy.
